Here is the information pertaining to this weekend’s state final 4 basketball games:

  1. The semifinal game will be played at 5pm Saturday 3/20 vs. Centerville, with a win the Cards will play in the state championship game Sunday 3/21 at 8:30pm.  Both games are played at the University of Dayton Arena.
  2. Tickets for the game will be available beginning at 10am on Tuesday 3/16 to the general public if any tickets remain after families and students have an opportunity to purchase seats. Tickets will be on sale at www.ohsaa.org/tickets.  Tickets are $16 per seat and all seats are assigned in the arena.
  3. The Cardinals are the home team for both games.
  4. All 12 games of the state tournament will be covered by Spectrum. Every game will be streamed live at www.OHSAA.tv (free for Spectrum subscribers; $9.99 per game for non-Spectrum customers). In addition the final eight games of the state tournament (Division I and II semifinals and all four championship games) will be televised live on Spectrum News 1.  Therefore both Mentor games would be live on Spectrum 1.
  5. Friday team sendoff:  We are encouraging people to line Center St. (route 615) at 11am on Friday to send the team off in style.  Please maintain social distancing and wear masks!
